Because they are the crack dealers and we are the junkies with $20 in our shakey hands looking for another fix. There is no question that MC puts out some really nice exclusive figures, that is why we don't just drop them. We have no place else to get these things. Hasbro has pretty much said so.
Why do I keep giving them money? Because they have some nice figures that I want, but don't want to pay three times what the club charges for them on the secondary market. I also enjoyed the 'con, and had hoped to go back this year, in spite of the problems that had been talked about here ad nauseum.
