But seriously, Justin does provide some great info and useful stuff as well. I didn't know the Hasbro guys were that easy to reach. I guess I am thinking of the old Hasbro where i sent in an idea when I was little and they shunned me. (bitter)
At the conventions the Hasbro guys are very approachable. They love the excitement that they are able to inspire. The designeers like talking shop. Plus when every person they meet tells them to fix something, they tend to listen. You won't get that same reaction in an email or letter. Now more than ever I think Hasbro really is trying to keep in touch with their fan base.
