These can turn out good as long as all of em gets the "super articulation" as some of them have, but I'm not a big fan of the Mattel way of doing things =/

The 6 inch WonderWoman and Cyborg look pretty good.

The 3 3/4 inch stuff looks really bad IMHO.

Wow forget the DC Animated figures, I’m going to find every last one of these heroes and villains in 3 ¾”. That Hawkman is badass, he’s like the Worf of the JLA. I’ll have to find a mace for him.

I wasn't able to call up the pictures, but I'll reserve judgment on these until I do see them.

I have been VERY impressed so far with the DC Universe Classics line, and I look forward to seeing Cyborg, and probably Wonder Woman.

The new 3-3/4" line COULD be cool. We'll see what happens. My only concern would be Mattel over-extending themselves in the DC world a bit too much. They now have lines for The Batman, DC Universe, Justice League Unlimited, and this new Infinite Heroes line. (I'm not counting Super Friends here).

Consider the fact that JLU is becoming a Target exclusive, but at least there seems to be a decent commitment to it, but also consider the fact that Wal-Mart has taken a pass on DC Universe, and I wouldn't be surprised if they pass on Infinite Heroes. Wal-Mart seems to think that if it's not a "core character", they don't want it.

So to me, the question is -- can DC Universe and this new Infinite Heroes line survive without Wal-Mart? While I'll reserve judgment on whether I'd want this Infinite Heroes line to make it, I certainly don't want to see DC Universe end up scrapped. I would also hope, alternatively, that Target retains its commitment to Justice League Unlimited, since I wonder if this Infinite Heroes line might almost be competition for it.

Great Criminy Crap I hate Mattel. Just about *anyone* would do these characters justice better than they have failed to do so far. As usual, I'll get some of these for fodder pieces, and Mattel will consider the line to be a success because stuff gets sold. "LASER BLAST HOLE".

Maybe the Mattel executives are all jointless mutants and can only twist their heads, move their arms up and down, and move their legs forward and back?

Or maybe they're just stupid. you decide.

What the hell is up with Batman & Shazam's abdominal muscles? Who the hell thought that looked good?

Who's this guy that looks like he wants to be a ToxoViper v2?

Oh, goodie, 1970s Clark Kent, Ace Reporter.

I hope all the protostatues that have closed fists get actual hands once they reach production. Knowing Mattel, it's not a sure thing tho.

/Obligatory 'Mattel Sucks!' closing line.

Does anyone have another place or link to see these?
This link is the only link I've had in 6 years of owning this computer that is freezing and locking it up.

F'n Wizard.

We've commented on the Supergirl, but we should note that the sculpters are apparently equal-opportunity puerile misfits.

http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/wizardun ... tfdcu3.jpg - How in the heck did the Thanagarians flanking Hawkman pass the censor board?

So Mattel likes nipples and nuts? Or are they trying to tell us something about the people that work there...

8-O Whoa! Mattel upstages Hasbro on the 3 3/4 inch superhero front! Well of course it is Mattel...

It would be great if they had DCUC articulation. What is it with Mattel giving female characters with way less articulation than the male characters?

Everyone knows superheroes always have clenched fists!
Those Toxo-Viper-like guys are "armored Lexcorp goons". Now that is just cool of them to include background characters like that.

Maybe if someone mailed them a RAH styled fig with the customized swivel wrists looking like a superhero they might STEAL the idea, and when someone does mail it to them say "see I made a better looking fig that your WHOLE company with more articulation!". :rotfl:

Ohhhhhhhhhh, these could have been really great. Well, at least They'll get bashed on to better articulated figures.
