There was another Kickstarter for what I think were 5" scale figures of pulp heroes like The Phantom, the original Daredevil, etc that I believe also had a Captain Action in its line. They were the simple 5 point articulation. That's probably what you're thinking of.

Before Boss Fight got into the project, the initial announcement was that the CA 3 3/4" figures would be similar to the 80's GI Joe. Boss Fight brought Cap into the modern style.

Right. MS is talking about the line that was going to be in DC SuperPowers format I think. Not sure who or where that came from or fits in, but suffice it to say I'm happy with where this is headed.

Not sure if they licensed Capt. Action from ZICA, or if he's public domain. I think its the former though. Anyway, two separate companies. Fresh Monkey is getting into the 4in format soon though, with figures inspired by Mego's Eagle Force that will also be designed by the fine folks at Boss Fight. Here's hoping they'll be at least this nice and articulated.

I can't wait for this line.
I'm very curious to see if other figures will be available or if we'll simply get color variants.
Let's hope Dr. Evil comes with masks or at least swappable heads.

The KS will be for Captain Action and the rest will be stretch goals.

The stretch goal order will be Dr. Evil, Action Boy, Lady Action and the Silver Streak.
