New TRU clearance

Mine too! Mind you this was a TRU that had not stocked even ONE 4" fig from the Retal. line since the movie release. But oddly they carried all the other items (vehicles, 12" figs, role play sets, etc .) I felt dumb even checking the other day - but shockingly they suddenly had what I wanted!!!

I found a Retaliation HISS yesterday marked clearance. Turns out the clearance price was $19.99 according to the register. I don't remember what full price on those were, but no thanks even for $19.99.

They were $24.99, same as the Combat Cruiser I believe. I passed at that same discounted price too. I have 1 which is enough. If it drops to $15 I might bite on another but I'm not hunting for it.

My TRU has a lot of Ret wave 4. 5 pegs full of 3 cases plus figures from a restock a few days ago and a aisle cube with another 20 figures. Woulda grabbed more NV's but passed since I found that wave at Ross for $3.99.

Ross is also restocking vehicles, each store had at least 2 each of the Combat Cruiser and Hiss tank and the AWE and Fang boat restocked too.

I'm not sure if they had any new figures. The only one left was unmasked Firefly.

Picked up the True Legends Ancient ship for $20 clearance. Not a bad piece, IMHO.

I went looking for more clearance, and it was pretty much the same stuff as the last two months. I had been finding some intersting stuff to use later on down the road and as early as the next summer, but it seems the selection is drying up.

However, they did actually put out a case of joes, the first since Xmas. I picked up a night viper from retail! On my own! I feel like I should buy a lottery ticket.

I found some weird Minimates jet thing that can connect with other jets. I bought two. They were 40 cents each. I don't really care for Minimates, but I can use the jets with other similar sized lines. Also got a pirate ship Minimates thing for 40 cents. Even if I never use them, the $1.28 total isn't a huge waste.

They also had the MU X-Men six pack with Mr. Sinister in it for $13 and change. About five or six of them. I kind of regret not getting it, because I don't have a Mr. Sinister, but I just couldn't decide if it was worth it at the time. We're going on vacation tomorrow, so they'll probably all be gone by the time I get back. Oh well.

Yeah my local TRUs have been stocking the Colton wave like crazy lately...but at 10.89.
