I was tempted to order a couple Dukes, but I placed an order a few days ago, and the expected ship date was yesterday. As far as I can tell, absolutely nothing has been done with my order on their end.

Hopefully they are just backed up a little. The last time I tried ordering from them (SDCC Masters of Evil set) they had issues, so hopefully they have their "LASER BLAST" together, or it'll be another couple years before I order from them again.

I placed an order on Monday and just got my shipping notice today. So I think they are a little backed up. That's also why I didn't bit on this restock today. I got what I wanted on Monday and if I bought again it would just be to have "future fodder" which is something I don't need.

I ordered 3 Data Vipers with the Black Friday code (damn!) and a Dark Ninja. Got the Vipers. No Ninja

I've got my Order Confirmations on both Jinx and Night-Viper. Given the season, I'm going to try to be very patient waiting for Shipping Confirmations.

I sort of take a "Digital River" approach to this sort of thing. In October, I never got a single e-mail from MattyCollector/Digital River. I wouldn't've even known my subscriptions had renewed if my back account hadn't shown the payment. Just one day -- there was my (rather large) order. November -- I got subscription renewal but no other e-mails. Just one day -- here was Ra's al Ghul, Geldor, and Sea Hawk.

If Jinx and Night-Viper show up in my mailbox in decent time, I'm content with that.

I just don't think I'll be getting a Night-Viper for under $20. It's just not in the cards for me. In the meantime, I'll just have to settle for ultimate SS and SE. They're honestly some of the funnest figures I've gotten in a while. I've spent the last 3 days arming SS with every ninja-related weapon I can find and staging him in various poses. As fun as it is to see SS battling SE, I've got him alongside Hawkeye and dueling over archery supremacy. If this fig came out in 84, he'd be well battle-worn for sure.

Anyone else still waiting for their order to ship?
I placed my order last Tuesday 12-3, with an expected ship date of 12-4.
Still nothing. No change on HTS at all. Still says "not shipped" and still has the expected ship date as 12-4.

I figure I'll give them til next Tuesday, then I'm going to cancel it.
The main items I wanted were 3 Kwinn figures and 2 Dark Ninja figures, the others were 'just because' figures. I can buy just the ones I really want elsewhere online for the same price as my total HTS order was. I may not get as many figures, but at least I'll actually get them.

I have an order placed on the 5th that hasn't shipped but it says 12/13 for expected ship date and is wave 4. They did ship a data viper from wave 3.5 on its own though from that order. I have yet to actually receive that though.

I put in two orders across 3 days and have gotten a partial shipment of the first. I don't see the reason in cancelling now to get less. You knew HTS were incompetent dipwads when you ordered and you only ordered because of the discount, not the speedy delivery. Just chill and let them do their thing.

They shipped my Star Wars figure from the two orders, and gave me a tracking number, that doesn't actually work. The others have various days listed as expected ship dates.

I got an order earlier this week and the cards on all the figures were bent and there wasn't any packing material either.

Yeah, there is usually at least one that is intentionally bent in half just to fit it in and a piece of paper acts as packing material. I have even had a few that the bubble or blister, or whatever its called, was loose most of the way around. Dfinitely not collector minded in that shipping facility.
