Watching this company try to make 18th figs is like watching a quadruple-amputee try to wipe his ass.

The sad thing is, most of them are still better than Hasbro's Iron man 3 line.

I love how they write 14 points of articulation!!!! like that is a lot. I know for them it is, but maybe they should look at a MU fig sometime.

You know, we disagree on DC Infinite Heroes, but in regards to everything else, you're hitting the nail on the head.

14 POA on the 4" figures. Is that 14 POA per figure or in total for all 18 figures?

I'm just shocked that there's apparently all this added articulation in the legs, from what I can see, but the arms still have no swivel elbows.

You know you use your ankles a lot more than your elbows.

I'm happy about this line.
They look fun.

I'll reserve judgment until I see them. I'm really not happy about this 6" "Total Heroes" line, since it just looks way too cartoonish, and I think spells the end of DCUC-style figures at retail, which is a real shame.

And Goldbug, the uses to which I could put that Superman graphic you came up with are endless...

I think the problem is someone, more than likely a money-driven Hasbro exec, already did this to the Marvel team with a Mattel figure... which is why we're getting such awful toys for Iron Man 3, Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Assemble.

I'd be surprised if these figures have no swivel biceps or the equivalent. It says 14 POA and there's a chance these aren't the final figures.

Surely Mattel wouldn't make the same mistake regarding these that they did with the first version of DCIH when it comes to bicep articulation. If they fixed that issue then with versions 2&3 and the latest 4" figures have that articulation point I don't think they'd take a step back.

Im more concerned with the boring look of the Arkam selection of figures . More dark costumed characters. Yay :|

Of course this is Mattel.....

If he's big enough I may bite on Freeze. Azrael is disappointing, but I might get him for parts to bash onto an MU fig if he lines up with them in size.

Based on those closer-up pictures, I'm laying 4-1 odds that we're looking at non-swivel biceps and t/v-style crotches a-la early Infinite Heroes and Star Wars figs.

3-1 that they're all pretty much just shy of four inches.
