I take it these are in the hunting/fishing area and not the toy aisle? I think I want these.
No, these were in the toy car isle where they pt those cheap camping figures and atvs with kayaks and stuff. Tree House Club or whatever made these.
As you can see they come with a good bit of accessories. At least one animal (duck, squirrel, frogs/snake, and beaver) and one hand-held accessory (cup, bait cooler that opens, and search light), and they all come with one yellow duck caller.

The feet have a peg hole that fits ARAH stands but are just a smidge too large. They work but won't hold a dynamic pose to save their lives. You can see they also have back screws, but the torsos are melted/welded together pretty good. I didn't want to go boiling it just yet but I'm positive if I pried any harder the toros would have broken into pieces.

Here are the leg innards. The ball and socket are larger than both ARAH or modern era Joes. With some epoxy or something you could probably make it work with either.

Without the swivel wrists, the only weapons they look ok with carrying need to have handle grips. After fiddling with them their elbow joints aren't that good. What I thought was "tight" turned out to be either painted over or just not even (think bad Funskool level). Add too it the rubbery hands and loose hips and it was quite a chore just getting them to hold a firing pose.

Overall not bad, certainly not great. These are dollar store figures with an $8 price tag. The head sculpts and paint are passable for who they are supposed to be (as in you can tell them apart), but they aren't Hasbro level sculpting by a long shot. They don't feel like Joes either. They kind of feel like those A-Team figures. They feel cheap. If it wasn't for all of the accessories and the heads I probably would have passed.
