I think Dial Tone has the best groomed 'stache. Especially when you condider that his mustache is smaller and better groomed than his eyebrows.

The Funskool Law and Funskool Cross Country have to get points, too. Cross Country is a close ringer to Groucho Marx.

I have to agree with Dial Tone. Any figure that resembles Saddam is packing a hell of a stache. Ambush gets props too.
