I'm quite sure they'd ship via USPS priority in a flat rate box...or an unmarked box via Priority Mail for even less.
I can tell you part of what causes that. i was looking at the individual weights they have listed per item, and they are super high. They have that Undertow, for example, listed as 11 ounces. Now, i only know this is way off because I ship single figures all week, and with packaging, a figure and file card top out at about 4 ounces. At those weights, unless the system cuts a break or soemthing, your 20 undertows are 220 ounces, or almost 14 pounds. The Moth sets are listed at a pound and a half, so add another 4.5 pounds there. With the heavy waters, their system is probably looking at your order being over 20 pounds. Even for Priority, 20 pounds from Tx to Ohio, that quote sounds high, but insane when you figure all the stuff you have might not even be 5 pounds, before we get into the priority flat rate box thing. This sounds ridiculous, and I hope I am wrong about it, but that would help explain those rates.
Also, a bunch of stuff that was on sale earlier isn't now. the Skystrikers were $29.99, their 3 packs of figure stands were $4.99 (and I was going to try them) and the Drone Cobra Commander was $8.99. A bunch of assorted 30th figure lots were discounted, so were the AT sets. I want to place an order, but i want to do it all at once.
oh well....still can dream
