You can get that parachute sans garish blue in the Cap line's deluxe figures or the Avengers line deluxe figures, though.
You'd pay a bit more, but the Avengers parachuting Cap is a repaint of the single-carded movie figure from the Cap movie line so he's more poseable than the Cobra Trooper or the Avengers single-carded figures.
