I just got a box via Fed-Ex today that looked like someone sat on it, and it was partially open as a result. The contents were fine, so I won't complain. People "LASER BLAST" on the postal service, but I've had WAY worse luck with UPS and Fed-Ex.

The contents are pretty much already destroyed. I think you are better off getting your money back and trying to get another door with that money. The only alternative is to glue that hot mess back together. That would look bad and it would be just as fragile as it was before.
