Mutt and Junkyard are great. law and order came out around the time that K9 cop and turner and Hooch where in theaters so this could have influenced the figures and movie use. I do love the line from the Movie "he finds the bones i drive the car we tried it the other way and it didnt work"

C Jack, It is a muzzle for Mutt. Since he's more likely to bit you then Junkyard.

I may be wrong but that's what I always thought he said..especially since order is trained to sniff out explosives.
