For me, Golobulus is the worst figure ever.

Heavy Duty v.7 ( http://www.yojoe.com/action/03/heavyduty7.shtml ) is easily one of the worst Joe molds ever produced.

With its weird proportions, faux-sci-fi-ish touches, and a terrible color scheme, the figure doesn't even have any uses as custom fodder.

While the toys in the poll aren't the best of the ARAH era, I'd take them over Heavy Duty any day.

Yeah, Golobulus, Venomous Maximus, and any other monsters/aliens should be on this list!

The worst figure ever is Snake-eyes v6
Also known as Shadow Ninja Snake-eyes. It takes all the bad things about a bad scupt (No o-ring, action attack, arms half way down the torso and just plain ugly details) and finishes it off with horrid colors, a 2nd bad gimmick and brittle clear plastic.inviso power!!!

There isn't a figure on that list that I would consider bad.

Some are definitely not first-tier characters, but they're all GOOD ARAH Joes.

Butt-plug Duke, VvV action attack Storm Shadow, non-o-ring 2002 figures...those suck.

Should have left the POLL part off and just had people list what figures they think are the worst figure ever is. As everyone has their own preference and opinion.

Dr. Mindbender, Chuckles, Sneak Peek and Raptor are among my favourite figures. Their involvement in the comics doesnt make it worse. Big Boa was my very first figure, and the background story for the figure - an oposite for Rocky Balboa - makes it even more interresting.
All these are figure from the sixth series in 1987, which is in my opinion the greatest set of figures. All had great sculpts with tons of cool accessories, and awesome comic apperances to match.

I would like to redeem the four figures I first listed:
Dr. Mindbender - Classic "evil scientist" design. Has enough accessories, among them an awesome cloth cape with a giant Cobra symbol. Figure is identical to the comics.
Defining comic moment: RAH #49 - Dr.Mindbender plays god in creating Serpentor and unknowingly ressurecting/waking Storm Shadow.

Chuckles - Initial design is brilliant, first figure with hawaiian shirt. Except for that it's no nonsense and a good solid figure. He comes with few, but great accessories: Shoulder holster with a gun. Looks identical to the comics, except for a slighter build and the paint tone in his face.
Defining comic moment: RAH #60 (Todd McFarlane art) - Chuckles taking a beating from the Dreadnoks and simply shrugging it off.

Sneak Peek - Just awesome character. Good sculpt and tons of accessories.
Defining comic moment: RAH #113 - Where Sneak Peek sadly is killed.

Raptor - A bit far out character design, but is saved by memorable comic apperances and great figure sculpt. Comes with few but good accessories: A pet bird and cloth wings.
Defining comic moment: RAH #59 - Gets kicked in the face by Billy .


Weird options for a poll, since the 1982-1988 joes are that much better than the later, but if I were to pick from that list, I would have to say the Red Dog figure. Great concept, with Sgt. Slaughters renegades, but the figure itself has an oversized chest, and looks unhealthy in profile. Boring accessories as well.

Where the hell is Deep Six v1 or Wild Bill v1?

Deep Six is quite possibly the worst action figure in history, I've had G1 Transformers with more articulation than him. When I look at him I think "Now how did that Hasbro head get stuck inside of that bootleg?"

Wild Bill is terrible, gigantic head, a total of 5 colors and stupid sculpted on weapons. Heck I'd wager that Wild Bill is the reason Steeler never got repainted after he stole his arms, and Steeler was one of the more unique 82 figures, so that's another notch against ol' William S. Hardy

I'm with earlier posters: none of these figures are terrible figures, they're just goof-ball characters. The second wave of DEF in the mid 90s takes the cake for worst figures: Mace, Muskrat v.2, Law v.2... <shudder>

You need to focus on the figure, not nessisarrily the character.

Raptor may have been a kooky character, but the figure fits it perfectly and is well designed base on who it's supposed to be.

Golobulous, while it fits what it's supposed to be, fails as a figure due to the unposable tail it has.

DEF Law, fails as Law, but isn't that bad of a design for a new character, and had it had a different name, it would probably be more fondly remembered.

Also, I'd like to say in Robo-Joe's defnese that his head sculpt is one of my absolute favorites in the line. Also, the body works for him, and the BAAT because that's the kind of bulky hi-tech they're supposed to be (although the limited articulartion on it does suck a bit, the proportions and bulk work for me) but on any of the other figures in that set the designs just doesn't seem to fit them.
