Here's the link to voting by the way.

I'm wondering if they are having technical difficulties. I just went to the link and it said "you have already voted this session." :-/

It only lets you vote multiple times for the bag head spidey ;)

So we vote for three and they choose three right? Just making sure cause I am sure they are going to release the valkyrie and Bi-beast since those were rumored for the Fin Fang Foom wave.

Oh and marvel legends are dead anymore, but I think they are going to be more two packs than single figures, and no more BAFs.

I was finally able to vote from work this morning. Not sure why I couldn't vote from home last night. Maybe someone else from my ISP voted and we were both assigned the same IP address or something.

You know, I hate to say this, but there wasn't anybody on that list that I was especially enthused about. Granted I'm pretty down on Marvel in general these days and that's not in the least Hasbro's fault. I just really dislike the direction Marvel's taken with its characters and titles.

Honestly, I'm rather pleased the ML two-packs are continuing if only because maybe it means I have a better chance of getting that Kree-Skrull two-pack in the assortment prior to these planned 2010 sets. But most of the characters on this list I either don't know or don't really care about that much. Now, if they'd put Gladiator of the Imperial Guard on it -- HIM I wouldn't mind seeing!

I wonder what persuaded Hasbro to keep Marvel Legends going as two-packs rather than just drop it entirely in favor of the Marvel Universe line, or if this was the plan all along?

They didnt sell well when Hasbro picked them up. But fans and custom makers still want parts/characters for the 6 inch scale. I think if the 2 packs do well, and they should cause the two waves planned are much better than the ones we recieved thus far, and the fan selection sells well then we should continue to get the line.

Yeah between Hasbro's price jacking and sculpting change up (and iffy character selection....xorn? zorn? i had no clue who he was), I can see them not doing as well. It kind of seems like they've improved judging from the 2-packs, but still...Toybiz was doing so well, sucked that they sold out.

So...Hasbro was supposed to announce the winners today (August 6th), but there is no sign of the winners. Kind of disappointing. :-/

Here, in light of that no results posted thing, learn how to cheat at dice. That should cheer you up.

There are the results, and the worst figures won. Awesome.

Maybe not worst, as Deadpool looks cool, but him and Black Widow have both had figures made in the past and I just couldn't care less about Valkyrie.

8-O Valkyrie is great. My Defenders need her assistance. The other two are complete passes. I mean, we already have the from the good Marvel Legends days. I guess it's good for people who don;'t have them. Shame they don't just rerelease the old ones.

I'm going to sit back & refuse to believe that black widow won... especially not with iron man 2 coming up and people could get a scarlet johanson (spelled that name completely wrong but whatever) version of the character.

and, as was mentioned, a real marvel legends version already came out years ago. from what i remember, the regular version was somewhat of a peg warmer too. at least valkyrie can knock people unconscious with her metal boobs.

also not sure if that deadpool is an upgrade: no alternate head and no doop.

Remember, those are customs so the designs might change. I will also give you that we got Deadpool and Black Widow from the "good" marvel legends, but of the two only deadpool could be considered good. That being said, I would have preferred a different character.

Anyone remember the choices?

I remember there was current Multiple Man, Brother Voodoo, Bag Spidey, Terror, that cool looking white guy in the same Multiple Man trenchcoat that I've never seen before, The Hood, and I forget the rest, as those were the ones I really liked.

Edit: Also Nuke and Constrictor. Don't know how I forgot Constrictor, as I voted for him. I also searched for the pic and came up with the rest: Lady Bullseye, Bi-Beast, modern (?) Havok, X-Force black/silver Warpath, X-Force black/silver Wolverine, classic Ms Marvel (or is it current Moonstone?! Oh!), some Hulk and white/gold Phoenix.

Ok, now we get to wonder who is going to get packed with these three. So I imagine Hulk with Valkyrie. No idea who will get packed with BW and Deadpool.
