Well, I am going to go with Issue 64, first appearance:
However, an LBC with a Bronze Bomber head does not quite capture the feel of him from the comic (too Blade-ish?):
I just re-read the Star Brigade and Oktober Gaurd in space issues (145-ish) and he is no doubt white in those issues, but I like the earlier issues better, so he will be black in my 'verse from now on.
