the Aircraft Carrier is crap, the only good pieces are the insides with have some cool piping and Dio pieces. The Ship is almost as sturdy as paper.. The guns and accessories are about as stiff as rubber.

walk away...

It may be crap by OUR standards, but is it acceptible for a Kids collection?, do you think the flimziness may cause a saftey hazard?

I need to get one of those. Not sure why, but I want to turn it into an MMS.

A few years ago someone was looking at this set and (I'm pretty sure it was this set) was planning to turn it into a SHIELD Helicarrier. Would it work fpr that?

I picked up the K-Mart and Target versions yesterday and switched out the bottoms. I put the missle launcher on the wheeled version(K-Mart) and the turret on the Tred version(Target). Not too bad for $10 each. At Wal-Mart my son got this Tonka Police car for $10 too and goes pretty good with 25th Joe's.

I don't know about the helicarrier, but I turned one into a freighter. Even then it was pretty cheap plastic.
