Just got these. All the praise is true! Best Destro and Lady Jaye's ever. Cartoon Timber and Baroness and MASS and Weather Dominator?!? Too cool!!!

You know what is sad, this is the Best Baroness released in the 25th line to date.

I am all over the love for these sets,maybe the best ever sets for GI Joe. Just the 'toon-accurate Lady Jaye would of been enough for me,but the MASS Device,Weather Dominator,and the rest-incredible!

Do you guys think they'll release more of the regular Sunbow Episodes with figures? How about 'The Traitor' with Dusty and The Twin Brothers in Business attire? 'Skeletons in the Closet' with Lady Jaye in nightgown? 8-O

Heh. They have released Slave Leia, but Star Wars is a much bigger line than Star Wars, plus, these packs are all repaints using existing molds, mind you very nice repaints. I'd love to see Twins in their mirror business suits. Just not sure Hasbro will do it because they cheated on the comic pack release, so they only had to make one mold. You wouldn't be able to do that if it were toon accurate business suit twins.

Personally, I'd like Cobra Commander from that Transformers episode. Cool design. He's even wearing Serpentor gloves.

We got these sets in the Philippines today... well, sort of.

It turns out that the Packs are only for US release. What we got were... DVD-less Packs. Everything else included (all accessories & MASS Device/Weather Dom parts) but no DVDs. So they're just basically cartoon colored Battle Packs. :-/

They were the same price as the first five Battle Packs.

Oh, we also got the new Senior Ranking Officers & more of the Nemesis Enforcer wave of Comic Packs (revision 2).

Anyone else think the MASS Device DVD picture is a little faded looking? Took some tweaks to my custom settings on my Panasonic Plasma to make it look right again.

And 20 plus years of sitting in joe schmoe's locker probably didn't help,

Is the movie going to get the dvd treatment as well>?

It was said earlier in the thread that the GI JOE Movie isn't going to be released. Something about copyrights and such.

With people buying two or three pks for parts here in the US, I'm sure that someone could send you thier copies of the DVD's if you were wanting them.

I had thought that, but then I saw a camera prop, looked like the one that got smashed in the opening of the movie.
