I loved Sci-Fi as a kid, I used him as Robocop and was the only 1986 Joe I had.
I voted for Wet Suit because the figure looks really cool with the diving helmet.

I went dial tone. I love the communications guys and his backpack s one of my fav's. I really like the sonic fighter repaint of him as well.

I'm surprised that mellon-head Beachhead is leading this poll so far

I had to vote for Dial-Tone - coolest looking figure in the line. Fantastic accessories (loved the backpack with mic) and one of the best looking guns in a quasi-futuristic military toy line!

Dial-Tone had the cool folded up sleeves, gloves, teal knee pads and boots, smart looking berret (I'm looking at you gumby Flint!), and a cool stache!

His voice in the cartoon was a bit annoying though.

I voted for Slip Stream cause I liked the jet. But Dial Tone is a close second cause he's always going on every mission my Joes goes on since I didn't have Breaker back in the day.

Have to go with Iceberg as he was the first GI Joe figure I ever owned.

I really liked the colors he had and the details like the molded on pistol in a holster, smoke, and M67 greandes, plus
his file card reminded me of myself a little as I love winter and skiing is one of my favorite past times.
It never bothered me that he had just the M60 as his sole accessorie, I would give him Hawk
version 2's backpack, and later Blizzard's skis and pistol.

A close runner up would be Low Light, I thought next Flint he had one of the best outfits, and his MOS really made him stand out from the rest of the 1986 lineup. Next to Flint, and Snake Eyes version 2 his accessories are some of the best ever. Hawk version 2 is another figure that I remember using alot as my collection was rather small back then, I did not have any leader types for my Joe's before him, and watching the cartoon made me use him alot.

Over all 1986 was the best year for GI Joe to me.

this was a tough one, it was between beachhead, lowlight and mainframe.

i picked low light, i guess i just like the idea of a lone sniper out on missions.
