Oh man, the Fisher Price Adventure People Parachute Dude! He must have logged 1000 jumps with me, some more successful than others. That whole line was tough, durable, and incredibly cool.

I also used to protend the MOBAT was out of control and set it running against my Joes. It was up to fate as to who lived, and who was crushed beneath the tank's treads. Back then my entire Joe collection was about 10 figures, good memories.

Firefly v3. The cool skimask Snake Eyes. They got tons of play. So did Beast Wars once those came out. I got Terrosaur and Iguanus on my birthday, right when they came out and I couldn't get enough of those toys. I was amazed that Terrosaurs gun folded up and went behind his head. I'm still sort of blown away by it. My brother also gave me the shell of his old Warthog tank, which was just about the only Joe toy he didn't blow up. To this day, I still think it looks cooler without the doors on the sides and without the giant missiles.

Did anyone ever have the fisher price glider? Came out in the earily 80's had a guy with solid legs. Oh and there were these little tan, green and blue guys that were about 2 inches tall and came with really sweet vehicles. I can never remember what they were called.

I can't believe no ones mentioned eagle force yet!

For more non- Joe - I actually went back to eBay last year and bought my "non-Joe" GI Joe favorites to round out my GI Joe collection. They include an orange Fisher Price single-prop plane (flown by A-Team's Murdock, cause the A-Team was a GI Joe subset), and a green and white Tonka Winnebago with orange interior. Yeah the Joes traveled in style. There was also this floating oil rig/cargo thing that looked like black tires with mustard yellow diving boards which was probably Fisher Price, recently I found a picture of it in an old Sears catalog but can't find it now. Oh, and lastly, Construx!

Mattel's Guts! line maybe? http://actionfiguresca.proboards43.com/ ... hread=1115

I had those and the vehciels were cool. Too bad they weren't Joe sized or they would have lasted a little longer for me.

For me it was the 83 HQ. Cobra was always attacking that thing and blowing it apart, coming across the walls to fight hand-to-hand on the top (and then falling down the stairs), etc.

I even remember one long story where Steeler and some custom mercenary guy I had designed got buried in one of the explosions and when they finally dug out, the Joe HQ had moved and everybody thought they were dead...

Super Powers was what I used more often than not - I got so freakin' much play out of those old toys...and the Batmobile is STILL in near-perfect condition...that thing wins for having more moving parts and NOT breaking than anything else. I have a bunch of rare figs, and kept them all in good shape with parts.

Handful of Transformers, but TONS of Mask and Joe - and the MASK base was actually not too shabby for Joes to use (it usually doubled as a secret Cobra base). Had a Tomahawk and a HAVOC as well.

I LOVED my HAVOC, by the way.

Joe Figures:
Roadblock V2
Dodger (I used his weapon as machine gun with an anti tank missile)
Shockwave
Storm Shadow V2 (my first ninja)
Snake Eyes '89 (my second ninja)
Topside
Tunnelrat
Falcon

Joe Vehicles / playsets:
AWE Striker
Ammo Dump Unit (always blowed up)
Outpost Defender (just perfect)
Swamp Masher

Cobra Figures:
Basically all army builders (cannon fodder!, they all died in battle. I always made up a story where they all had some kind of function so there where always divers,
These individuals were frequently used but somehow always got away when Cobra started losing the battle:
Cobra Commander V3
Dr. Mindbender
Zandar
Roadpig
Croc Master
Destro V2

Cobra Vehicles / playsets:
Stinger (always got blown and crashed in any kind of spectacular way (à la A-Team))
Rifle Range Unit (that firing embankment was perfect for hiding / shooting)
Surveillance Port (great bunker for any Cobra Base)
Imp
Twin Missile Radar (a fine action pack for any Cobra base)

+ He-Man, Lego and Playmobil.

Mine would be Hot Wheel cars, the adventure people from Kenner, G.I.Joe, and Star Wars. Everything beyond that I had fun with, but just not as much fun.
