Yeah, seeing as to how they are repaints, I am more excited about the web-gear than the actual figures. Outback does look really sharp in a black tee though. I am SO glad they got rid of his tattoos!!! Yeah right, I'm a survivalist, I want to blend in, go unnoticed, be the 'gray man' as much as possible, but I will get a bunch of tats for instant identification should I get caught. Riiiiight...

Since I love me the o-rings, I will be getting them all. If not too expensive maybe one or two doubles for the gear.

I got the Robot rebellion figure a few weeks ago (only reason I joined the club) and I was pleasantly surprised at the high production quality. If these are on par, I will be one happy Joe.

Uh guys,.. maybe you should ask someone who was actually THERE at the con about the logistics of the figures before we fly off the handle?

Yes, they will be offered MOC, just like the other DTC waves (they actually showed the card art at the Club's roundtable) .

They're still not sure if they will be available individually, or as a set, but due to the MOC availablilty, most likely they will be available individually.

A price point hasnt been established (or at least they didnt tell us then) but they will be MORE than in store plice, but LESS than the other sets, so youre probably looking at 15 -25 bucks per figure. Anything more than that, and yes, they will take a bloodbath on these figures.

Yeah, I knew they'd be offered MOC. What I'd like is for them to be offered LOOSE, too. This is not the first time that the club has made us pay for super-special packaging, and for those of us who keep nothing MOC, we're basically paying extra for something we're going to throw in the trash.

True,... I too wouldnt mind Loose, but the Cardback means we will probably get Filecards, which a lot of people do collect.

actually the cardbacks aern't elaborate, but the same cardbacks from the toher DTC figures.

$15 to $25 is a RIPOFF for these. IMO

And even when MC has sold something loose, they still came with a filecard. That's always been something they included, so there's no reason to think they wouldn't here. IF they were to offer that which they won't.

$15 to $25 I wouldn't touch them, they aren't worth it. MC will have to figure a way to bring the price closer to store reatail. A buck or two I could understand, but that is outragious.

If they are that high, MC will take a beating.

if they're $15 each, i'm only getting one.

if they're $10, i'll get two or three.

if they're $4.99, or equivalent, in a set, i'll get them all.

Sounds about right.

Although I'd go a little higher.

$20 I'll get one

$10-$15 I may get 2

$5 to $10 I'll get more, if it's closer to $5 I will get a set.

They can keep them at that price and choke on them. They are a freakin rip off IMHO.

Basing it off Stealth Viper's prices:

$20 : I won't buy them.

$10 - $15 : I may get 1 of each. Probably not though.

$5 - $10 : I'll get 2 of each the closer to $5 it is. Closer to $10 I'll only get 2 of the ones I like most and just 1 of the rest.

I figure those prices are about right within what to expect.

ummm isn't $25 a figure what they charge for the uncarded ones they offer as exclusives anyway?? And your saying they will be LESS than the other sets? That don't jive there brother. But I agree that even $15 is a little MUCH for the figures. As I said the only thing I'd be interested in is a few guns which I hope :hasbro: will offer in the 25th sets.

Unless MC's got a lot closer in their target production runs, I have to agree. I'm trying to recall if anything was said officially, but it seems MC overdid it on the production runs for the MOTH sets, and they were 2 figs (controversial "army builders" in three of four sets) at $25 each (club member pricing).

One thing I am certain of, these figures will not be $5.00 a pop. Not from MC and not in today's economics.

Another thing I am almost certain of, MC is going to be taking that bath on them. Everyone is saying the same thing. They don't care about them anymore. 25th Anniversary is the new hotness right now. These are old and busted.

So this will be another reason why we don't get the MOTH vehicle set.
