Some quick answers:

Destro 3-pack - Meh, why is IG purple?

When asked, the Hasbro guys said it was taken from Voltar.

I'm guessing the answer, but from yous guys (yes, yous) that are at the Con, the assembled MASS Device on display looks nothing like the pictures we've been seeing for months. Specifically, the Armadillo mini-tank turret and the awfully mishapen crystal.

I'm guessing this was a Mock-up from the pre-production phase, but can we get confirmation that the pics we've been seeing is what the thing will look like when assembled? If this Dreadnok-looking assemblage is the final design, I'll probably just skip the cartoon packs.

That said, I really do assume this is a Mock-up. Just want to double check.

It's a mock-up. If you look at some of the other pics, you'll see a couple of the actual MASS Device parts, and they don't look anything like the mock-up.

I must know if we are getting another Short Fuze or not? Like a lot of people I want one but $50 is too much.

...sigh... Nothing was said about another Short-Fuze. Like you, I really want him and am irritated that he's going to be in a $50 set that also includes: MOBAT (motorized!), red HISS, blue Trouble Bubble (CC's personal one), Steeler (with visor!), Stalker, Flint, Cobra Commander, Destro, and a trooper (I think).

Okay, so, the packaged Rattler seen here

has the gunner's canopy. But the picture of the Rattler on the back of the box, seen here

http://i.toynewsi.com/g/index.php?mode= ... 0&start=40

Seems to be a repaint of the crappy JvC era rattler that did not have a gunner's canopy (or any way to attach one).

Given Hasbro's history of using place holders or mock-ups both for convention displays AND for packaging photos, does anyone know which version we're actually getting?

That was the FIRST question asked when they showed the image. They said the cockpit will be there, but seemed a bit confused in the way they answered.

Yeah what they were saying is that the cockpit on the back is now removable. They said it's a little tricky to get a figure in there but it does work. Once in there you can put the bubble back on. This part though they seemed a little unsure how well the bubble would fit with the figure in place. The packaged one does have the bubble even though the photo on the back of the package shows the bubble missing.

Good to know it'll have the bubble. Dunno what they're worried about, I had an easier time getting a 25th Trooper in my vintage Rattler's turret than I've had with most ARAH figures.

Did they say if the Adventure Team figs were 12", 8", or 3 3/4"?

And I LOVE that purple IG. Finally Voltar has his own elite squad.

I missed that session (ZG is a slave driver), but from what I heard they're 3 3/4"... set in the time period before Cobra... and including a certain venomous doctor...

3 3/4" Adventure Team would make me VERY happy.

TNI is reporting they are 3 3/4" with 12" shrunken heads (think female Doc con figure from last year) minus the flocking.

Does the Snake Eyes V2 (totally new sculpt version) that comes with the Entertainment pack have a backpack?

were all the single pack figures shown at the con, all the ones we'll see before the movie line?

Hmm. Could be. I'm not sure. They're going to have that "Hall of Heroes" wave or two, which is all repaints. They could be doing that specifically because they're working on new molds for the movie and/or cartoon.
