Looks like a bad knock-off of the Marvel Legends BAF Groot. Judging from the sculpt and the item description. Not Joe scale as the ML BAF was like 7-8 inches tall I believe. Joe scale Groot would smaller than that.

Uh...it actually looks exactly like the BAF and is probably factory leftovers.

No knees. Knock off.

EDIT: From HypnoHustler

No bicep swivels, no double elbows, no hip balls, no wrist joints, yeesh.

That and what appear to be rivets in the elbows.

He's got kind of a club foot thing going on too.

The action feature Groot is Joe-scale.

I bought one of these though. I don't really need the figure to have knees.

Also... it's a much better bootleg than these...http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-5Pcs-Guardi ... 6566&rt=nc

(oddly those figures are based on the concept art versions--Starlord has a cape, Drax a vest. That's interesting.)

Mea culpa, didn't look much beyond the face and chest.

21cm... would that make it smaller in scale than the BAF one?

21cm is roughly just under 8 1/2" tall which I believe is the ML BAF size.

To be fair--those are the best looking--most spot on the ML version parts. I had to go and check the original because, hey, they released Rocket with NO leg articulation at all.

Surprised at the hate. It took me 2 seconds to order this. The action battle one looks crappy and the build a figure one is too big/expensive. This one looks perfect to put with my marvel universe figures. I love that some decent looking KO stuff is coming out for something other than transformers.

I don't see where you're getting the info that it's Joe scale? The item title states its Marvel Legends Infinite Series, which is the 6" scale and the description says its 21cm tall, which is just over 8", clearly too big for an accurate Joe scale figure.

Joe scale as in "in scale with the Joes (other 3 3/4 or 4inch scale)."

Groot's size is variable and this figure represents a Groot that is about twice the size of the Joe size figs...a size he routinely appears as in the comics.
