Just got back from Walmart, where I picked up a PIT for $32. At that price, even I couldn't pass it up. Now it's customizing time....

Awesome find. With the Night Raven clearanced, I wondered why the Pits weren't, but there were none at my Walmart, so it doesn't really matter now, anyway.

Whoa. For that, I might think about it myself, although $25 would be even sweeter if they want to knock it to 75% off.

Personally, the one item I'm still waiting for a clearance on, though, is Masterpiece Skywarp. Walmart near me has about fifteen of the things on an end cap all still at full price.

Went looking after you posted this - but didn't find one (yet.) Target still had one in a beat-up box for $100, though :-/

After reading your review, I'm tempted to go a-hunting for one - if just to chop it up for playset fodder.

Stapleton WalMart had one still but at $64. Think the Tower store still has one or two but not sure.

32 is 75% off. They upped the price to 129.95 a bit before Christmas probably because they knew they would end up selling a lot of them for way below retail. I got one at half off, but saved the reciept. If I can get one for 32, I'm returning it with the 64 receipt. Though for that price it's tempting to maybe get another one for parts, but I need to resist that urge.

I just got back from my WM. It was not there, and this is likely a good thing, as I'm trying to quit.

I did get a Goliath/Iron Man 2pack for 14.00. :awesome:

Keep checking. One of the four local WM put Masterpiece Skywarp at $40 a couple weeks before Christmas, and they still have a few.

This is frustrating as I went to a Wally an hour away expecting 75% off...no dice.

Suprised you found them there, I recall that store have a small toy section and that is the store I've found with the absolute laziest staff. There were more than one occasion I'd had to go back out into the parking lot to retrieve a shopping cart coz they wouldn't do a cart round up.

Red/blue, but I may be able to find a yellow/blue in my area. I know I've seen them.

yellow/blue is all I ever saw. Of course they're all gone now with the clearance. They marked them to $12 here. Oddly enough, the Pit, Star Wars stuff, etc. hasn't been marked down.
