Are you going to buy the Rise of Cobra game?

Whats everyone thinking? I'll probably rent it myself. If I like it a lot I may try to pick it up cheaper later on. At least it appears you can unlock the original costumes from this preview.

I voted yes.........................................after it drops to like $30 or I find it used somewhere. Not paying full price for that.

I don't even own any of them game systems it will be availible for. So no.

But I AM curious about it so I'll likely be looking around youtube to see whatever bits of game play and story scenes that people upload from it, just like I did for The Force Unleashed.

I pre-ordered the WII version from Target to get the free Gift card. Though I am disappointed that the WII version will not have the "Yo Joe!" fist pump power up.

Also will be picking up the DS version, I want to play as Shipwreck and call in Polly to drop grenades on some Cobra Vipers! The DS version sounds like it is going to be a fun game and it can support up to 4 players.

I've yet to find out if there will be multi-player online. If there isn't, then I don't plan on buying it until it's super cheap

I'm fairly certain it is not. I think you can do local co-op only.

Is there going to be a PS2 version? If so, I'll get it when it gets cheap. I don't game enough anymore to justify buying a next-gen console.

No, but not because I don't think it'll be a decent game. I suspect it will be. I'm just not very good at video games, and if there isn't a PS2 version, it's a moot point anyway.

Now, I got an EntertainmentEarth catalog when I ordered a couple of DCUC figures recently, and that has this G.I.Joe Monopoly board game that does not appear specifically tied into the movie, if the box lid illustration EE provided is any indication. Original RAH logo, classic artwork of Destro, Baroness, Duke, Scarlett, and others -- THAT looks like it could be cool.

I'll pick it up when it goes on the cheap. I've gotten most of my favorite games that way.

The only stuff I pay full price for anymore has zombies in it.
