I can't wait to get this guy in-hand. This looks like a great update on the commando look. We need more Resolute molds released, ASAP. I do wish Hasbro'd gone with the shorter ninja-to sword and sheath combo. I'm also totally puzzled by the cramp-ons. But whatever, this figure rules.

Best of all, no man-boobs. Hasbro is finally getting the right people to sculpt so that the chest joint looks better. It's a nice figure though and one I'll be glad to own when they show up in stores. Well assuming they will be.

Very cool looking figure that I'll be buying. But.....I just doesn't look like Snake Eyes to me. Considering I prefer the commando-head look to the visor, I'm not sure why.

The sword & sheath appear a bit longer than in the cartoon. :-/

Yeah, in the show he had a ninjaken. Hasbro decided to give him a katana, instead. Otherwise, it looks pretty good.

Too close to a basic version 1 Snakes. Yeah, they've tweaked it, but somehow it comes across as kinda boring, which is surprising given that I've really liked the few resolute figs we've gotten thus far.

And his short sword on the cartoon was much cooler, the big old scabbard looks damn awkward at the small of his back. Luckily, the Tri-gate guys make a beautiful little ninja sword/dagger, which is what I will be using for this fig after cutting the scabbard in half to shorten it.

I want to see a commando version of Snake Eyes laden down with gear sculpted details. Give me 20 pouches, daggers, straps, webbing, buckles, handguns, tools, flashlight, grenades (several types), carabiners, clips, and then more straps and pouches and a Batman utility belt!

Hasbro usually knocks it out of the park with its Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow figures, but the resolute versions of both leave me cold. That carded Storm Shadow we've seen gets my vote for most boring, bland, imagination-impaired Storm Shadow ever!

Come on Hasbro, you were off to such a strong start! Don't loose momentum now!

PS. Am I the only one who wishes the stupid movie and all its inherent hype would be over so that stores could clearance all the peg-warming movie toys out already and we could all concentrate on more Resolute figures and hopefully a cartoon??

lol, yes gear him up so much that he can't move, or does something like this each time he's getting ready for a mission:

Maybe it's just me, but I just can't get excited about yet another incarnation of Snake Eyes. I really hope the Resolute stuff gets released, but I don't share in the excitement for this particular figure. It looks OK but nothing all that great.

I actually like this SE. He's a good update. I agree with the sheath though. To long to be carried like that. I'll give the ice cleats to an arctic type character. Gun is a phail for me. He'll get an MJ MP7 with silencer.
I really hope they make a Resolute Scarlett.

all in all , he looks like a cool figure to get. Probably going to be a hard figure to track down, unless they flood the market with him.

Got to agree Another snakes that really doesn't add a whole lot. If they are going to insist on doning snakes I would prefer doing something new and unique to the character, this is same old "Good guy in black" that I have 40 other versions of. The only good thing I see is the fixing of the chest joint (only took 2 years of complaining, way to respond quick there hasbro).

Yeah it's another Snake-Eyes figure. I can't see them doing ANYTHING fresh with a guy that's getting close to 50 figures at this point.

Overall though it's a nice enough version of Snakes, but nothing outstanding. Worth $8 definately NOT $50.

I want atleast one, so I hope it's distributed similarly to other SE/SS/Duke/CC figures.

I agree with you, as well as all the others who have said another version of a guy in black isn't needed, but I still like the figure and wouldn't hesitate to pick it up if it came out tomorrow. I would imagine that most people don't think it's worth the price some of these figures are going for, but I think that the fanatics with the extra cash burning a hole in their pocket figure that maybe this won't see a wide release, so why not drop the cash.
