I found the third wave today of Fury Files. The set includes Classic Iron Man, Modern and classic Ms. Marvel, Symbiote Spider-man, Thing, and a Hand Ninja. Pics to follow soon.

Man, these first three waves sure came out fast. I'll probably only get the Red Ninja...I mean Hand Ninja...from this wave, especially if prices stay at almost nine apiece. I'm being really picky with these new figures now.

IW, does Classic Iron Man's torso/waist look as awkward in person as it does in pics?

I'm probably picking one up regardless, but I'm wondering if I'm gonna have to customize it right out of the package.

Thanks!

I'm planning on snatching up this whole wave sans the Hand Ninja (already have like a dozen superior 25A Red Ninjas)

Classic IM -- from the pics I'm seen, his proportions are actually spot on this time, unlike the skinny-torso'd wave 1 version.
Ms Marvel- been waiting for this one for a while - helloooo chick superhero customs!! :D
Thing - I love the MLS version, but it'd be nice to have one whose arms & waist don't pop off every time I try to pose him :-/
Black-suit Spidey = WIN The MLS version was too skinny & too fragile - this one looks perfect.

Can't wait to see some comparison pics -- let's hope I can find them here locally this weekend.

I thought these had been out for while. I got mine a couple of weeks ago mingled in with some Wave 2 left overs. Must have been a fresh case Target put out. Quick review for those interested.

Hand Ninja
Great sculpting could easily play the role of Satan to lead the red ninjas. Good articulation but the rubber skirt and hood on the head limit ninja like mobility. Also the arm rotates at the shoulder and not the bicep. But he does have the older style elbow with the plastic rivet and not the newer elbows Hasbro likes to use. Nothing great about the weapons but nothing bad either except that he can't hold all three (sword, staff and dagger). Also his thumbs are attached to the fist to form the O for holding the weapons. Overall I'm glad I got one after thinking I wouldn't like him. Probably the most Joe like.

Modern Ms. Marvel
I got this one because I was thinking she'd make for a great Huntress or Bat Woman figure. Now I don't want to touch her. She's the best female figure I've held in my hands even if she does look like a costumed stripper. Sculpting is really well done on the head and the body moves like a miniature Marvel Legends figure. She comes with two energy cyclones that fit over her fist and fingers. I do wish she had some kind of thigh/hip swivel for some more leg movement but overall I'm really happy with her. Easily my favorite of the bunch.

Classic Ms. Marvel
Custom fodder. Nothing bad, but compared to the modern look she just doesn't do anything for me. The same body construction so I may end up with that Huntress after all.

Black Spidey
I didn't plan on getting this one since I actually like the SHS version. But this one gives him some added bulk. I did ditch the web though. That is just stupid. This one at least lived up to my expectations.

Classic Iron Man
Didn't get him. I had every intention of getting him, but he wouldn't get used since I really like the modern version so much. He still looks cool though.

Punisher
Much improved head. A little too bulked up for my tastes but he is a solidly built figure and way better then the first version.

Thing
Another figure I didn't get. Again I intended to get him but when I looked at him he had some weird hinge joint for his neck. Great when looking straight ahead not good from any other direction. Shame too because he looked so good in all the pictures. I may change my mind on him later on, but I was holding $48 of figures already (snagged Ultimate Cap too).

Aww, c'mon! Rhodey needs armor to use, untill they make the inevitable MU War Machine.

The only reason for me to get him now would be to put a beer can in his hand ala Toyfare. *hiccup*

I haven't seen them here yet.
I do want both Ms Marvels, Hand Ninja, & Punisher.
Why should I even bother picking up a black Spidey when he is also in the Secret Wars comic pack?
I guess I'm skipping Thing. The MLS one is pretty good.

Oh if anyone needs a Bullseye or Nova Human Torch I have them for trade. Preferrably for Ms Marvels. :shifty:
