The 2 packs I bought were on the R/C vehicle side of an end cap of the DC aisle. Literally on the middle shelf stacked between a Batman train and Superman role play.

I found my first 2pks and the vehicles in the Neca section. But then a restock of the 2pks, they put them in aisle with the DC heroes stuff even though they still had a peg for them still in Neca area. The 3pks were placed 3 aisles over on a peg.
