Saw this at TRU today. There's a Toy Story three-pack of figures based on that Halloween special last year, that features Jessie, a glow-in-the-dark Buzz Lightyear, and -- COMBAT CARL!
The figure looks to be 4" scale, or very close to it. Articulation is decent but not spectacular. Looks to be head, arms, elbows, and legs -- no knee articulation.
Still, if you wanted to add an official Combat Carl to your G.I. Joe collection, this may be your best chance!
And the glow in the dark Buzz is likely pretty cool, too.
