I found this bomb guy at TRU last week. I don't think he's been posted yet on here. He's pretty cool. He's a Chap Mei guy. I got him in a set of 4 that cost $9.99. I had a coupon though so I got the set cheaper, which was why I bought it. Here it is on the TRU website:

They are actually adding more articulation to these. They are not all terrible and can be used for some stuff. I like this bomb suit guy though. He just needs swivel arms. I don't even so much mind that he has a t-crotch since a suit like this would be restrictive.

He looks pretty cool, although at that height he'd probably work better with ARAH Joes.

Really if Chap Mei can make a bomb guy this cool, I really think Hasbro needs to step up and give us a cool new Tripwire.

Yes, I have and totally love this guy as well! As you said, the lack of artic isn't as much of an issue for a guy who mainly just needs to kneel next to a bomb.

And yes, why did it take Chap Mei to finally make a cool modern EOD/Bomb Squad dude?

And the third guy in the TRU pic can hold his weapon nicely in two hands, despite only four total arm joints (2x cut shoulder, and 2x hinge elbow), based on how they angled everything. Sadly, some "fully" articulated joes with ball shoulder, elbows, and ball wrists can't even do the same! Ah, what 1 oz. of foresight can achieve...

I've never seen this guy in a 4-pack, just one of the bigger sets.

That is weird because I've only seen this one with the articulation in the set of figures, and never in another set. What did he come with in the set you saw?

There is an older different, bulkier and less articulated EOD guy in the larger set. The slimmer, more articulated one comes in the new 4pk.
