Project C.O.P.S. -
Hasbro, wanting to make more use of G.I. Joe molds, still having the rights to the C.O.P.S. franchise they decide to do a tie in line.

Design 4 Heros and 3 Villians (one being a troop builder) (potential parts and accessories), 2 Alpha Vehicles (One COPS, one Crooks) and two Delta vehicle.

If you like go in Wave 2 (similar breakdown) with 1 new Alpha, two Bravo and 1 Echo vehicle
