This comes from a Star Wars website but it has information on GIJoe. The site was highlighting items that Wal-Mart is going to stop carrying regardless if they are being manufactured or not. It was a of particular issue to the Star Wars collectors who see that they are going to stop carrying one of the 3.75 action figure lines that Hasbro is making for Star Wars. (They have 2-3 different lines now, I lost track.) But something else that can be seen on the list is 3.75 GIJoe figures. Now this is no surprise given the delay of the movie. I would assume this means it will be added back to the stocked items when the movie is released. But what if it doesn't get added back?

Maybe they got tired of people (collectors) complaining about the same peg warmers, lame distribution and bla bla bla.
That or it's simply until February.

Is it possible that all the products on this list are simply all going out of production?
I don't know, maybe the Movie Heroes line isn't popular and Hasbro is canning it.

Unless the lastest Joes did really poorly for Wally, I doubt that they'll let a "big movie" toy line pass them by.

Meh. Neither of my Wal-Marts have stocked Joes for a long time anyway.

I've got four Wal-Marts within easy driving distance and another three I stop into about every other month.

The last time I saw any Joe product in any of them was on the clearance shelf of one, 6 months ago, and it was PoC Dusty.

Before that, i would say three of them (one in town, two out) were last carrying Joes around wave 2 of PoC. The others had stopped carrying after clearancing out their Rise of Cobra figures.

I have zero expectation that any of them will carry Retaliation.

We were at the local Target today and they had finished their reset. Gotta say there's really not much left for me to go down the aisle for any more. They had their remaining Joe and Avengers stock on an end cap with some miscellaneous stuff that I'm assuming didn't get regular shelf space in the aisle. Nothing was on clearance yet though.

I noticed my local TRU has put the bikes on clearance, no Joes at my local Wal-Mart.

I stopped in to my local target today and they had just did the reset. Three pegs of Roadblock, SE, and SS on an endcap and nothing else. I was in there maybe a week and a half ago tops and they were full of Cruisers and Hiss tanks. I didn't pick up either at the time but went in today to get a Ninja Cruiser with no luck. Do you think they pulled then or sent them back? I didn't see anything in the clearance endcaps.
