I'm trying to track down a GI Joe webcomic I saw a long time ago.

Here's what I can remember:
Cartoony art style, serious tone;
One issue stars Lifeline;
Lifeline is resuscitating a Joe when a Cobra soldier sneaks up on him;
Lifeline asks the soldier for help resuscitating the Joe;
Cobra soldier says no, a gunshot is heard off panel, Lifeline is still alive, Cobra soldier has been shot dead;
Lifeline is blonde;
One issue stars Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow;
SE/SS comic runs parallel;
Each is in their own base, doing similar activities;
Comic ends with each playing chess alone but both games line up.

Any ideas?
