Has anyone ever tried to list all the named characters that worked for COBRA over the years in the various forms of media?

Just wondering because I am sifting now and Its harder than I thought

I did, but it was an early 90's list, and is woefully out of date today

I was poking around and found a named character to lead every unit in the cobra Armies but the Helicopter specialists and the Naval Infantry (EELS and such)

Gulliotine could lead the Eels when he's not on Plague duty.

I thought about that, and interrogator the heli-units ( he did command a battle copter right?) but I kind of wanted to keep the Plague separate

I also am not above just making a new character Though I guess I have fabricated enough connections already
