There is an armored vehicle that Scary is riding around on in the video. It reminds me of the Quickstrike vehicle.

That thing is driving me nuts; I've seen it before, but I can't recall it's designation. It's a prototype that was canceled once the MRAP (Cougar) series of vehicles had come about. It was electically powered with a small motor at each wheel hub instead of one large motor hooked to a transmission hooked to a geared axle hooked to the wheels. The electric motor was charged by a diesel engine, similar to a modern locomotive. It looks sorta like the RHINO but with a center wheel in place of the side personell doors. Entry is through a rear hatch or top hatches.

The MRAP is not a cougar.
A cougar is however an MRAP.
The MRAP program consists of a number of vehicles, (last count I had was 17 or 18, but may be more or less by now) that includes buffaloes, cougars, Jervs, RG's and more.
