Either Shadow Ninja. Combining the worst gimmicks, add in extra brittle hands with hard accessories, and they are repaints. Mr Color Change, Zartan, wasn't one of them...figure that out.

AAARRRGGGHHH! I hated that thing. It wouldn't've been so bad if it had been some other sort of specialty-Viper, but AS a Cobra Viper!?

The Club did us the biggest favor in the world when they recolored that figure and assigned them to the Iron Grenadiers.

I don't have either Shadow Ninja figure, though I think I would have chosen one of them if I did.

I went with the Viper, who was totally unsuited to be an infantry trooper either in design or in accessory assortment. Seriously, an infantry trooper that doesn't have a single rifle (and no, Monkeywrench's trident jackhammer thing is not a rifle, no matter how much Hasbro apparently wanted us to think it was). I still strongly believe that the figure was originally intended to be the Cobra figure in the 1993 Eco-Warriors assortment that never was, since Hasbro did almost everything in a 2-1 Joe-Cobra ratio that year, and there's no clear Cobra to go along with Outback and Snow Storm. However, as much as I don't like the figure in its 1994 usage, I think the Club did a great job reusing the mold for the Iron Anvils.
