I have been really happy with allot of the GI Joe toys out lately, that being said I am irked that I am still shy a few.... ps as an aside if you have any of these for sale or trade pm me.

Heavy Metal: The RHINO is awesome but I couldn't justify it just for the figure
Rollbar: I saw it twice- both times no cash
Air Raid: see rollbar
Kamakura: I am holding out to see him yet (his wave hasn't passed yet)
Charbroil: I had to pass him up for the TRU Five pack

I skipped most of the repaints, like accel suit Duke or Speed Metal, cause I already have accel suit Ripcord.

Arctic Storm Shadow didn't impress me, and neither did City Strike Storm Shadow, so I skipped them.

Most store exclusives are repaints, so I skip them, with the exception of the 2 TRU 5 packs. I liked the look of those.

That's about it. There are a couple figures did buy, but regret doing so, like movie Storm Shadow. He is just lame. Same for Charbroil.

edit: Oh, and since I haven't been buying vehicles, I don't have any figures that were included, but I think they are all repaints as well, so no big loss.

I have a no repaints rule. Essentially, if the figure is just an obvious reason for Hasbro to milk molds (ie Nano Viper, Desert Viper, 5-pack Dukes...) then I don't get them.

But if it's a new and unique character even if it reuses some parts like, say, the Volcano Viper or an accurate portrayal like Rescue Mission Duke, then I buy it.

I also didn't get the Hall of Heroes other than Firefly & Snake Eyes because those are the only two "new" figures in the set. All the others are just a mix of figures & accessories of the previous versions.

I wish I'd gotten a few more Resolute Blue Shirts and a complete Pit Commando or two. Thy're still obtainable on eBay and other stores, but the prices are getting a bit spendy.
It's taken me a while to warm up to the non-O-rings, and I'm liking them more and more, but I'll still take O-ringers over non-O-ringers.

25th:
I didn't get many vehicles and/or drivers due to Space restrictions. But I would have like to have gotten the Firebat, Stinger and Water Moccasin.
DvD Pack 5 was never seen and I have not gotten yet (Really wanted most pieces of this set too.)

Resolute:
I can't get enough of the Troopers. Red blue green purple neon piss yellow, the res Trooper is gold.
5 pack duke He seemed interesting but not enough to buy the pack.

RoC:
Vehicles - I like most of the Vehicles just havent been able to afford them. If they dropped each price point 5 bucks I might beable to loosen the sphincter.
Flash - When I finally desided I wanted this figure POOF hes gone.

From the 25th era I didn't get the Resolute Box set or any of the Hall of Hero's figures.

From ROC I haven't got or want K-Mart Exclusive pack, TRU ROC Cobra SRO set, Destro, Deepsix, Nano Viper, Target Eel, Air Viper, and Grandslam, but want JA Ripcord & Desert Viper. Still need all the vehicles, except for the few I picked up recently(Ice Dagger, Mantis, Snarl Cycle, Skysweeper). Undecided on the TRU battle pack w/Mole Pod.
