Hope nobody takes my comments as anti-ROC, this is just a casual observation as a toy collector. But I've been to a couple TRU in my area and the ROC product looks like it isn't moving at all! Either that or they are restocking like crazy...yeah okay.

I'm really not surprised because ALL movie-based toys hit the shelves and stay. I can't tell you how much it hurts my heart to see those Batman figures, Indy figures, and Hulk Fists taking up precious shelf space. Parents/Kids just aren't interested in movie toys when the movie is done.

Anyways, as for the ROC toys, the army builders all look the same - black.
They are huge peg warmers in my area. I can't even tell the difference between all these ROC neo-vipers and that's pretty sad. If I had money to burn I could easily amass a ROC neo-viper army to rival Nova's Crystall Ball army or anything that grand. That's how much product is warming the pegs.

Let's not even get into the Night Chicken-Raven boxes...

and to this very day, do you know those joe and cobra-5packs are still $32 CDN!!!! The boxes have so much shelf ware from being tossed around, they've been sitting there for as long as the 5-packs were available, and blasted TRU will never drop the price - it's insane!!! About the only thing that would interest me is more chrome-plated vipers, but $32 for the 5-pack to get them? meh.

my target is firmly stocked with neo-vipers. wal-mart on the other hand has the largest selection of storm shadows ive ever seen. 3 diff versions!

The new arctic Storm Shadow seems to have earned itself a place on the local list already. I can't blame people for not wanting it. Not only are all of the other figures in that wave awesome, its one of the ugliest Storm Shadows they've made.

Target appears to be stuck on waves 1 & 2.

We've got Destro and the Baroness (practicing the clarinet) out the wazoo.

And Neo Vipers and Abel "Breaker" Shabaz, too.

Stormy and Snake Eyes (the standard versions) are everywhere, supported by a battalion of Desert Dukes and the odd Zartan Pit infiltrator.

TRU is lousy with Barbecues and Cobra Commanders.

Wal Mart is very light on Joes (our local stores haven't seen any of the exclusives) but what they do have represents an interesting selection. That's where I found Paris Zpursuit Baroness, Kamakura and Accelerator Suit Duke.

At the 3 closest walmarts to me only one of them seems to have Shipwreck. so i am going out to get him today i missed out the previous aniversary release. Otherwise shelves flooded with Neo Vipers, and other black suited grey vipers i can't tell the differnece of. I have only seen the Crimson one twice and I bought the first one. i do want the Elite Viper to use as a driver. I like the visor look.
