I've always wanted to use rpgmaker to do something Joe wise, but the sprite work takes forever. I've done a little but no where near enough. The neat thing is tough you would fight pics of actual toys and or customs. Maybe I'll get bored enough one day.

Strike Force 7 is another option. I've read the Demo and so far it's pretty good.

I wrote a FREE GI Joe RPG as part of my fun project this year. This is the same one I posted on YO Joe. The RPGbomb link has more support material. We ran it at a gaming convention this Summer and filled our table. The game was a blast....literally.
