If you had to choose, what's your least favorite Cobra figure from 1993?

I was gonna pick Night Creeper leader, but without the orange... it works.

but I had to go with the Headhunter Stormtrooper, mainly because of the Ribcage arms.

Had you included the Create-a-Cobra figure, this decision would have been really easy.

But, just limiting the options to the Battle Corps releases, it's a very difficult choice. I think that the Headhunter Stormtrooper is the only figure that I didn't consider. Almost all of the figures are saddled with poor color choices, but none of the molds are total failures in themselves. I ended up choosing the Eel, which is odd because I chose Firefly over the Eel in the 1992 poll. However, I think that the black works much better for Firefly and helps hide the crappy details of that mold (most notably the boots/wraps/whatever on his feet), whereas the purple and even more neon-y yellow on the Eel is a step backwards for a mold that was already borderline acceptable at best.

Firefly v3 is my favorite figure in the entire line. No, I'm not ashamed to admit that.

I went with the Headhunter. I actually think the molds for all of these figures are really good, and I actually enjoy many of the color choices (namely the purple and neon of the Eel), but with the Headhunter, they took a perfect figure and made it worse. The green is just a very odd color choice, even if I think it worked on the HEAT Viper.

This one wasn't a tough call at all -- Night Creeper Leader. Dumb name, dumb character in the cartoon, not a very inspired-looking figure, and the blindfold certainly didn't help matters. "Hey, I'm a ninja, I don't need to see where I'm going!" Yeah, that'll play on the rooftops...

There's some subpar Cobras in 1993. I could just vote Mindbender since the use of the Viper legs may have led to the 1997 Viper with BAT legs and every repaint since (Plus the flawed Viper Pit release). And all that yellow sucked.

Flak Viper, they changed the right color but changed it to the wrong color...red-orange. Still, when it comes to paint ops, he's a 1985 Viper compared to the 3 different colors used for Heat Viper V2 (great mold, but they low-balled it).

I think that Headhunter gets too much flak; the 1992 release is superiour, but as 90's figures go, the Battle Corps release ain't bad.

I'm gonna vote Eel, for changing the wrong color and keeping the neon. Plus no paint op on chest and no cobra symbol, and there's no robot shark. It felt cheap and looked tacky. Compare Eel 1985 and Eel 1993...Night and Day-Glo.

I like how his weapon sprue included a flame thrower, too. Yeah, frogmen armed with Incinerator weapons.

Firefly, although it is an upgrade over the 92 version

Headhunter. It's just the little bit of green, but it bothers me a lot!
