I have one, and while I like it, it's not very heavy on the details. It definitely would benefit from some paint.

It is the same one as the Power Team Elite one. Inside there isn't a whole lot of detail, but for around $20, depending on where you get it, it is worth every penny. General Hawk's review is pretty good. http://www.generalsjoes.com/reviews/PTE/blackhawk.html I've seen tons of customs of it. My favorite being JFAK075's Left 4 Dead news copter. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=17095&p=188356&hilit=left+4+dead+news#p188356

Looks more like a knockoff of said PTE Blackhawk, given the cheapness of the figures included (the same pilot is included with the F-22, which is clearly not a PTE item), so the quality might not be as good as PTE's.

One of the soldiers reminds me of Arnold Schwarzenegger in Predator, though.

Actually no it is not the same. It is even made by a different company. None of the True Heroes stuff has any Power Team Elite stuff repacked in.

Different company, same toy. They also sell Chap Mei stuff under the True Heroes brand but it doesn't say Chap Mei either. I don't know what Toy State's, the company selling True Heroes, relationship is with M&C Toys (PTE) or with Chap Mei but they seem to be working together.

Not the same toy at all. The doors behind the cockpit open. The PTE one does not.
True Heroes is a Toys R Us brand. They get deals from Chap Mei to repackage their toys as their brand. Same as Target's generic blue box brand or KMart's green boxed brand. M&C Toys no longer has an agreement with TRU so they are not putting their stuff in the True Heroes boxes.
Motormax makes the True Heroes Blackhawk.
