Slightly related but does anyone else get tired of the nonstop ads that are on ToyNewsi.com now? They literally have ads right in the middle of the page next to articles now. That's not where they are supposed to go on any good website. I get that they have to pay bills and try to make money...but doing that is at the point where if Trekker hadn't linked to it, I'd have *NEVER* gone to the website in the first place.

Edit: Gah these figures are terrible. Why do they not realize they can just do a line of Spidey figures in the regular Marvel line? Just slip his villains into it...it doesn't have to be completely separate.

This is a kids line and hopefully Hasbro will get its thinking together and price it at a reasonable price point. Oh I know they won't but I can dream. They'll use the accessories to argue for a 7.99 price point.

While I like the GG and Venom, I don't care for all of the Spidey variants. Like others, I'd like to see Shocker, Sandman, Kingpin, etc. I'd also like to see Peter Parker, Mary Jane, Gwen Stacey, Flash, and other characters who will never be made.

And just to reiterate, the articulation is teh suxxors.

Who linked to what now?

Totally agree on the sd placement, though. Irritating.

I see theses and I see parts for other customs.

The night ops Spidey helmet looks like it could work for Guillotine, and the Ultra Spider Spidey arms might come in handy for that Bio/Monstro Viper (the one with the tentacles) custom I've been thinking about...

Though I may be in the minority, I hope this line will bring versions of the Scarlet Spider and the Ben Reilly Spidey. Most people hate Clonage, but I really enjoyed the designs of these characters.

I'm with you on this, actually. The Ben Reilly Spider-Man design looks so much cooler than the regular look.
