The bad guys in my Dio-Story are Firefly and his HISS team, led by Firefly, Munitia and Black Out.

I'd like to know what kind of people Munitia and Black Out are.

Acording to Munitia's file card, she is cold as ice, shows no emotion and does her job with out a second thought.
But does she respect Firefly and Black Out? Does she keep quiet until she has something to say or is she a bit chatty? Maybe a bit smart aleky or feels the need to monologue to her advasary? Just kills and gets it done with nothing fancy?

All I can gather about Black Out is that he tried for the Joes and failed and is jealous of his brother Barrel Roll. Is he the typical hired muscle doofus third wheel who is the muscle to Firefly's cunning and Munitia's skill? His file card says that he is an excellent shot but has not talent for shooting? Does he mock his target before he fights?

I've tried to find infor on these guys, bust most of the sites I've found don't seem to cover them too much as they are fairly new characters.

Well, if we go by their comic book appearances in the Devil's Due run, which is really the only media coverage either of them got...

Blackout is not a big dumb doofus, even if he looks it. He's pretty vicious, but he's not stupid. He worked his way up through Cobra's ranks pretty quickly and became a member of Cobra Commander's elite "Plague" group.

In one story, he actually saved his brother, Barrel Roll, from a Cobra plot, during a time when the Joe Team had been scaled back and Barrel Roll took work as a commercial airline pilot. Blackout found out that the plane his brother was piloting was going to be hijacked by Cobra, and likely Barrel Roll would have been killed as soon as they realized he was an ex-Joe, Blackout got on the plane, and killed the covert Cobra agents during the flight. He then called his brother after the plane landed, told him what he'd done, said they were even, and that was the end of it. So there was a small amount of family honor there.

Later, however, Blackout stated that he actually enjoyed dropping the bombs on Boston (I think it was Boston) during the "World War III" storyline as a member of the Plague. Of course, to even get into that team, he had to be pretty nasty.

Munitia is a little harder to peg, since her appearances in the Devil's Due comic, and in a special issue published by the Club, are rather dramatically different. In the Devil's Due comic, she doesn't really get a lot of face time. She's seen as a member of the gradually forming Plague unit, and is pretty much portrayed as a ruthless and merciless individual, that even some of the other Cobras aren't fond of being around.

In the comic published by the Club, she's more of a businesswoman mercenary. Picture Tomax and Xamot combined with Major Bludd wrapped up in one package that looks better than any of them. She's all business, even in the middle of a fight, and even tries to recruit Lady Jaye at one point. She seems to have some respect for Firefly and others, but it's all pretty much business to her, which would seem to be where her cold and emotionless side comes from. I actually found this version more interesting because it gave Munitia more personality, and was someone a little different than the usual "Cobraaaaa" screaming fanatics.
