I was looking at Yojoe and found that the ROC Frostbite on their page features green shoulder and elbow joints:
http://www.yojoe.com/action/09/images/f ... arge.shtml

But all the Frostbites I've seen in store, including mine, have those joints in white.

I've seen auctions from China, for production samples, feature the green joints, though.
So is this a variant or did YoJoe use a production sample for their main action figure article?

Jay,
Are you sure you looked carefully? All the ones I've seen in Montreal (wal-mart, zellers) have green shoulder, elbow, and ankle joints as shown on yojoe. So, I assume they are like that everywhere.

Well, I've only seen it at Zellers Angrignon.
And all the ones there had the white joints:

Green knees, though.

Nice!

That would be a legit variation. All of the ones I have seen have green elbows and shoulders. The one on yojoe came from TRU.

Now I have something to hunt!

Wow, then I guess I really lucked out!

I saw it and thought "Well I guess they changed it from those stolen samples. Nice!". Wasn't aware I had a scarce variant in my hands!

Well, that's pretty sweet. I would hope it's a running change because the green just looked awful and was one of the reasons I didn't pick up the vehicle.

Nice find.

I can't recall ever seeing the green joints here. Doesn't mean they aren't around, but I haven't encountered 'em.
