Dammit. Why did they have to do this the year I moved out of the states? I feel stuck for Halloween costumes because of my glasses but this would work perfectly.

And to ship to the UK, that place forces you to pay for the 2-4 day rush option at $35ish.

Hehe, this is just dumb:

From a "geek" point of view this is far from correct. It's like journalists go out of their way sometimes to show they don't research anything. They should have just said "generic G.I.Joe soldier".

I guess from the "OMG SHE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GI JOE!!!!111234" standpoint, sure, but I'm all for home-made Halloween costumes. Hell, we're all customizers here...don't just go buy something in a bag, make it your own.

Oh yeah I'm all for making your own. I just wish she'd have actually looked at a picture of Short Fuse and picked out stuff that at least sounded close to a correct look hehe. She described a 12" Joe Colton type of outfit it sounds like. Although technically I guess what was described could have gone along with the cartoon image of him maybe? Minus the camo pants.

If you click the link she posted, she's basing it on this 12" figure, which does look nothing like 3.75" short fuze. So I guess it all goes back to Hasbro's fault.

Oh ok, yeah I forgot about that 12" figure and I guess just ignored the link or something. So yeah... Hasbro's fault on that one hehe.
