I don't know exactly what the rules are with what figures the other three will be, but if they are from that assortment you could vote for, I'd agree on the Hulk/Valkyrie and then based on current storylines, Black Widow and Deadpool (considering the newest revelation in Thunderbolts and the Deadpool/Tbolts crossover from a few months ago) and then The Hood and Brother Voodoo with the most recent events in New Avengers and the battle for Sorcerer Supreme.

If I remember they said we pick three and they pick a figure to package with each one. I hope we get that bagman, brother voodooo and bibeast. In fact, I wouldn't mind each of those to get made. I really wanted a medusa figure though.

Bi-Beast wouldn't be a shock. Wasn't there a figure much closer to what they showed at SDCC than the one for the movie line that was a mock up for the Fin Fang Foom wave?

I really wouldn't mind every single figure they showed being made. They are heads and shoulders better than the other Hasbro MLs. They really seemed to be hitting their stride with the the last few waves (FFF, Ares and Red Hulk), especially in comparison to the first couple waves, and then the line sort of got canned in favor of the smaller scale.
