This is an animated version of the Cobra Civil War saga from the GIJOE Marvel Comics line.

The dialogue and voice acting are atrocious. But at least they gave it a good try.

My favorite story arc from the marvel run in stop motion dio form!

The voices are pretty bad, Zarana sounds like a Monty Python voice, and there are some liberites with the story like replacing Cpt Minh with Snake Eyes, but you work with what you have.

A great way to spend an hour or so.

My hats off to the creators!
