Dose any body have any more pics or info on the SDCC Baroness? I know these are "collectible" but, could a kid play with her with Barbie's and other 12" dolls and dollhouse's.

I'd say most likely this is a female version of the standard 12" Joe body that Hasbro is selling now in the Rise of Cobra line. The thing that makes it an "exclusive" and different from the regular toys is the high-end packaging and the little extras that come with it (the poster). I'd say if you wanted to play with Baroness alongside your other toys it would hold up and fit right in with Barbie and company.
