Identified the Whale Motorcycle?

I always thought the GI Joe Whale's moped was unrealistic - too squared off and too small. An overly scaled down version of a larger cycle. Then today I found this - The Honda Motra:

This last guy is sticking his leg out to hail a ride after his mini-cycle ran out of gas 1 mile from his house.

The motorcycle is even painted the right green.

Although if someone goes to Japan looking for a Motra, make sure you don't ask for a Mothra.
