The blue-silver metallic padding on Grand Slam is pretty impressive, I have to say.

I MAY be getting some of the vehicles from the movie. If I get the Ice Dagger, Frostbite will probably be up for grabs at some point.

I've been avoiding commenting on a lot of these because I don't want to encourage the theft (and it IS theft) of Joes. But that Frostbite is so irritating I have to say something. Not only did they not give him a decent head or even attempt to reuse a bearded head like Clutch, they put him in a balaclava!!! Might as well call him Greenshirt Driver. Sorry but that's just a failure in my opinion. I'm trying to keep an open mind when it comes to these movie figures and I understand that this is a new direction but a mask on a named Joe character that has never had a mask? Sorry, no creativity there. I appreciate the effort and I will be getting one of these vehicles (it's a snow vehicle, I'm a sucker for those) but man I don't know about the figure. He'll be greenshirt driver dude for me. Oh well. As long as they don't frell up Rock 'n' Roll in the movie line I'm happy.

Grand Slam is AWESOME! I love the dark fatigues and the metallic blue padding is sweet. The different lower legs are nice too. Total win.

Artic Beachhead. . . errr Frostbite looks pretty cool too. Nice generic snow Joe. I'd have prefered that they call him something else (Whiteout would work. . .) but it's not a dealbeaker for me.

Frostbite is lackluster to say the least. The figure is basically an LBC: Arctic Tele-Viper torso and arms + Armor CC head + Arctic SE legs. Oh well, some money saved...
